Membership Duration
Membership is valid for a period of one (1) year and is subject to annual renewal.
Eligibility
Membership is open exclusively to registered businesses and organizations. Individual memberships are not permitted.
Vetting Process
All applicants are required to undergo a vetting process prior to admission. Any submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification or termination of membership.
Fees and Payments
All registration and membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership activation will occur only after full payment has been received.
Approval Rights
KCCCI reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or revoke membership applications at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
Compliance and Conduct
Members must comply with all KCCCI rules, regulations, policies, and the Code of Conduct. Any breach may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are subject to change at the discretion of KCCCI. Certain benefits may require active participation in chamber activities.
Official Representation
Each member organization must appoint an official representative to engage with KCCCI on its behalf. Any changes to representation must be communicated to KCCCI in writing.
Confidentiality and Use of Branding
Members must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared within the Chamber. Unauthorized use of KCCCI’s name, logo, or brand is strictly prohibited.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from membership matters shall be resolved through KCCCI’s internal mediation mechanisms.
Termination of Membership
KCCCI reserves the right to terminate membership for any breach of these Terms & Conditions. Members wishing to terminate their membership must provide written notice. Fees paid are non-refundable.
Governing Law
Membership is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Members are required to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Amendments
KCCCI may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes through official communication channels.
Participation in Activities
Members are encouraged to actively participate in KCCCI events, activities, and forums to maximize membership value. Non-participation may affect eligibility for certain benefits.
