PROJECT UNDERTAKER: STATE DEPARTMENT FOR CORRECTIONAL SERVICES

SUMMARY: The State Department for Correctional Services invites tenders from eligible and qualified contractors for the Proposed Construction Works at Murang’a Prisons facility in Murang’a County, Kenya.

1. The project will be executed in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, and applicable regulations, funded under the Government of Kenya Development Vote.
2. Interested and eligible bidders are advised to download the Tender Documents from the respective procurement portal upon registration. Bidders must meet all mandatory registration requirements before accessing tender documents.
3. Tenderers must satisfy all mandatory, technical, and financial eligibility requirements as specified in the tender documents, including valid statutory compliance certificates and relevant construction experience.
