SUMMARY: The State Department for Housing and Urban Development invites eligible and qualified contractors to submit tenders for the Proposed Construction of Chelimo AHPC + F Housing Project in Ainamoi, Kericho County, comprising 3,000 housing units.

1. The project is part of the Government of Kenya’s housing development programme and will be executed in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015, and applicable regulations.
2. Tendering will be conducted electronically through us.
3. Tenderers must meet the mandatory, technical, and financial requirements as specified in the tender documents.
